Shilajit is a natural resin that forms over centuries from decomposed plant matter and minerals in high-altitude mountain rocks. It is rich in fulvic acid, humic compounds, and over 80 trace minerals that support energy, hormonal balance, stamina, and overall well-being. Our Shilajit is sourced from the mineral-rich ranges of Gilgit-Baltistan in the Himalayas and traditionally purified using slow sun-drying.

Yes — when it's authentic and properly purified. Our Shilajit is third-party lab tested in the USA to ensure it is free from harmful levels of heavy metals, synthetic additives, and contaminants. Always check for lab results before buying Shilajit, as many products on the market are adulterated or sourced from low-quality, unverified origins.

We’ve been working with Shilajit for over 50 years—spanning three generations. It’s not just a product for us; it’s a legacy.
We know the ins and outs of real Shilajit because we’ve seen every kind—authentic, adulterated, and synthetic. Today, over 90% of the Shilajit on the market is either lab-made Fulvic acid or imported from China—often packed with additives and fillers.
Less than 1% is truly authentic Himalayan Shilajit with a rich natural mineral profile. And only a fraction of that is sun-dried like ours.
We go through a slow, traditional, and labor-intensive purification process to remove heavy metals without destroying the mineral content. Our third-party lab results are transparent and published on our website.
Bottom line—we offer a real, time-tested product. If it’s not authentic, you don’t pay. That’s our guarantee.

We recommend starting with 100–200 mg per day, about the size of a grain of rice or a small pea. You may gradually adjust based on your needs and tolerance. For most users, 250–500 mg daily is ideal for ongoing support. Always consult your healthcare provider if you have a medical condition or take medication.

Scoop a small portion using the spoon provided and dissolve it in warm water, milk, tea, or any non-carbonated beverage. Stir well and drink once fully dissolved. Shilajit has a strong natural flavor — mixing it with warm fluids helps mask the taste and enhance absorption.

Our resin-form Shilajit has a shelf life of 2+ years when stored properly. Keep it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. It does not require refrigeration. Always close the lid tightly after each use to maintain freshness.

If you're using authentic, traditionally sun-dried Shilajit, you're likely seeing the natural top layer that forms during the drying process. As Shilajit slowly dries under the sun—especially at high altitudes—it often develops a thin, crisp surface much like the top layer of a brownie. This isn’t a flaw; it’s actually the most mineral-dense and potent layer of the resin.
Because it’s denser, this top layer:
Takes longer to dissolve, often appearing as sediment at the bottom of your cup.
May seem like residue, but if you press it between your fingers, you’ll notice it melts easily—just like the rest of the resin.
Leaves no gritty or chalky particles, unlike synthetic or adulterated products.
This is a hallmark of pure, handcrafted Shilajit, especially when it’s sun-dried without chemical processing or industrial heat.
